“We went on safari in Kenya with Barbara Voyagers in January 2026. The itinerary matched the offer perfectly. Our travel party consisted of my wife, our guide Hamisi, and myself. Our guide Hamisi speaks German and is not only knowledgeable about the area but also has extensive knowledge of African wildlife. He's a really great guy. Since our focus was on East African birdlife, it was all the more impressive that Hamisi was also familiar with these animals. In conclusion, I'd like to reiterate that our trip was exceptionally well-organized. It must also be said that the warmth and friendliness of the Kenyan staff at the hotels and lodges was wonderful. It was our first time in Kenya, but certainly not our last, and we will definitely choose Barbara Voyagers again next time, because Kenya and its people are fantastic.
